We strive to deliver products purchased from elakart in superb condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your first order with elakart, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 2500* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 50 inside Kerala and Rs. 180 outside Kerala will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 2500.
- If the order is cancelled due to any damage of the product shipped, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
- If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on elakart Returns Policy. A delivery charge of Rs. 180 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.
Delivery will be made within 14 days to the address specified when you complete the order process. At the time of delivery, identity verification of the Consignee by producing either an original ID card, passport, driving license, to support consignee verification, will be required by our courier partners.
If you received a damaged product, then you may contact/register your complaint to our customer service or call our toll free number for further proceedings within 12 hours of the receipt.
